I.          General 

These Terms of Service ("TOS") set forth the terms and conditions that apply to your use of our website located at www.celebritygoodlife.com HYPERLINK "http://community.hallmarkchannel/"  (the "Site") (hereinafter "we" or "us").   

By using the Site, you agree to the TOS just as if you had signed it.  If you do not agree to be bound by the TOS, please do not use the Site.   

II.         Rules for Use of the Site 

The Site provides you and other users an opportunity to submit, post, display, transmit and/or exchange information ("Post" or "Postings").  Postings made by users do not reflect our views and we do not endorse any Posting in any way.  We are not liable for any Posting that may violate the TOS. 

You acknowledge that anything you submit through the Site by way of any Posting is routed through our servers and the Internet and that, therefore, you have no expectation of privacy with regard to any such submission. You acknowledge that the Postings are for the general public and not private communications.  Whenever you disclose any personal information through the Site, that information can be collected and used by others.  We cannot guarantee the security of any information you disclose through the Site, therefore, you must make such disclosures at your own risk.  

It is a condition of your use of the Site that you do not:  

interfere with anyone else's use of the Site; 

Post any message or material that may be abusive, illegal, defamatory, libelous, indecent, obscene, offensive, or threatening in any way; 

encourage anyone to break the law; 

violate anyone's copyright, trademark or other property right; 

interfere with the privacy of any other user; 

Post any message or material which may contain a virus or any other harmful component; 

Post any message or material which may contain false or misleading statements of fact or descriptions of the origin of the material or the communication; or 

Post any message or material that is intended to promote or generate revenue for any business enterprise or commercial activity. 

The Site is for the purpose of providing a forum for our users to exchange views and information.  We reserve the right to terminate the account or suspend the posting privileges of anyone who Posts materials or messages in violation of the TOS. 

If you believe that any content or Posting on the Site violates the TOS, please notify us by sending a message at: info@celebritygoodlife.com.  We may not respond to your message and we reserve the right to take or refrain from taking any actions available to us once we receive your message, unless required by law. 

III.        Monitoring 

We have no obligation to monitor the use of the Site but may, from time to time, monitor any information transmitted or received through the Site.  Use of the Site constitutes consent to such monitoring.  During monitoring, information may be examined, recorded, copied, and used for authorized purposes.  We reserve the right at all times to disclose any Posting if such disclosure is necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or governmental request.  Furthermore, we may change, edit, refuse to post or remove any Postings that are illegal, indecent, obscene, or offensive, or that violate our policies, including this TOS, in any way.   

IV.        Content on the Site 

Postings are made by users who are unaffiliated with us, and the user providing each such Posting is solely responsible for the content thereof.  If you receive any messages from other users of the Site, you should not assume that such messages have been reviewed by us, that such messages contain correct information, or that the users sending such messages have accurately identified themselves and/or their affiliation with any third party. You understand that by using the Site, you may be exposed to messages or Postings that are offensive, indecent or objectionable.  Under no circumstances will we be liable in any way for any messages or Posting, including, but not limited to, liability for any errors or omissions in any messages, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any messages or Postings posted, e-mailed, or otherwise transmitted via the Site. 

V.         Termination 

We may, in our sole discretion, terminate your password, account (or any part thereof) or use of the Site, or remove and discard any Posting transmitted by you, or information stored, sent, or received via the Site without prior notice and for any reason.  Termination, suspension, or cancellation of this Site or your access rights will not affect any of our right or entitled relief.  Upon termination of the Site or your access rights, all rights granted to you will automatically terminate and immediately revert to us.
